supplies the full provisions of all the European directives as well as the full provisions
of French national laws (statutes, ordinances, decrees, orders, circulars, administrative
instructions) introduced as transpositions of the European directives into French law. In
this regard, one cannot find a comparable product to TRANSPOSIAL either
in France or in the European Union at large. |
TRANSPOSIAL
explicitly establishes links between directives and French national law. Two reasons can
be put forward for the need to do this. In some cases, the same directive could be
transposed by one or more different pieces of acts and it is important to demonstrate
that, in some other cases, the directive doesn’t need any new national act for its
implementation as some existing national rules are already in conformity with the European
norms. |
The thousands
of interwoven links are all present on TRANSPOSIAL. This helps the user
to go from the original European directive to its transposition, or to have them both at
the same time on the upper and lower part of the screen. The search is simple and the user
can print selected provisions or the totality of a particular act. Furthermore, they can
add their own commentaries to the selected provisions. |
